"Will not end up cold or soaked with sweat" 11/07/11
I exercise race horses in the Chicago area. That means I'm outside going 30 mph at 6 am not matter what the weather. The thing is its hard work and while walking to and from the barn is cold while I'm riding it is quite the workout. Which means I end up a) cold from not enough clothes or b) cold because I was drenched with sweat after each horse. Capilene has been my savior! I tried one and now ordered 5! Size tip: I'm a 5'4" 120 lbs female but like the shirts a bit loose and long enough to stay down belowdecks jacket despite the action of riding. A men's small works great because the women's small is too short and the women's medium is too big
