The Patagonia Headway Brief Shoulder Bag is a soft sided briefcase with the durability of the toughest backpack for your daily work life. Sometimes waking up and going to work 5 days a week is hard, but this Cordura® Ballistic nylon bag helps keep your laptop, extra layer, or whatever else you bring to work safe along the way. It's abrasion-resistant with a durable water repellent finish for weather-resistance, so you can hop on and off the train or in and out of the car and make it to the office without worrying about your stuff. The laptop has its very own compartment for 15" machines, plus a tablet sleeve. The larger main compartment can even fit enough extras for short weekend travel. Some stash pockets and zippered exterior pockets keep all the important, small items organized and within reach at a moments notice.

Pretty good, but small and crampedBought it for my SurfacePro4 and work files. Middle pocket is nice for thick items like a beanie and gloves (in MN) as well as bulkier items. But, the front pocket is way too cramped. It's a challenge to find and pull out anything in the front pocket. I think the zipper should clam shell zip as opposed to straight across. Also, the shoulder strap pad is too stiff and it slides off my shoulder often.
