The Patagonia Half Mass 15L Bag is a messenger bag for biking to work. Pack up your 15” laptop into the padded computer sleeve and secure your pens in their allotted space before securing the flap and slinging it over your shoulder. The seatbelt-like strap has a floating pad so you can adjust it appropriately, plus a removable stability strap so you can keep it on your back and out of the way when pedaling down Main Street. A large reflective strip on the front flap keeps you visible if you find yourself staying at the office later. The side water bottle pocket keeps hydration at the ready for the long commute. Don’t let a little rain get you down, while you may want to start pumping your legs fast, the polyurethane coating and durable water repellent finish will have the water beading up and rolling off the fabric.

"Water-Resistant Laptop, Carry-On, and all things Bag!"
I purchased this bag because I wanted something to carry my lunch and supplies during my 1 mile walk to/from work each day in Chicago. I find that the adjustable strap allows me to have the bag sit in a variety of ways adjusted for comfort. I use this bag for work, weekend trips, carry-on, and even grocery trips!Pros: "Iron Clad Warranty". DWR (highly-water-resident) protection over thick polyester. I've worn this bag in pouring rain and the snow and the contents inside have stayed dry! I use the reflective strips as a beacon for approaching cars as I rush across the downtown streets at night, after work. This inside pocket is HUGE. Big enough to fit my laptop, lunch and tons of other goodies. Cons: It has the look more of a "Man Bag" than a laptop bag. Price. Because of its giant pocket I'm often tempted to over-stuff it. Because of it's single strap it can definitely feel heavy over time.Bottom Line: Make sure this is the right size for you first. Great laptop/carry-on!
