The Patagonia Cragsmith 35L Pack is a versatile gear hauler for dragging everything out to the crag. The top opens up wide with a u-shaped zipper for quick loading, while the backpanel opens fully when you get to the rock so you can lay your gear out without tossing it on the ground. The 630-denier nylon body fabric and the 940-denier nylon Cordura® Ballistic base fabric both feature a polyurethane coating and durable water repellent finish, making the pack strong and burly against dirt, grime and elements. The backpanel, shoulder straps and hipbelt all feature Air Flow mesh for comfort and padding to make hauling gear a little bit more comfortable. Lash extra gear to the webbing loops on the outside and store small essentials in the stash pockets.
Products on Sale are Discontinued Styles or Colors.

This is a sick pack. This pack rocks. From the gym to the crag, this bad boy carries everything. I fit my personal equipment (harness, shoes, helmet, chalk) no problem, plus a rack and rope no problem. For bigger expeditions, I can fit plenty of layers and food and strap the rope on top! The zip open back is super useful and the stash pockets are great. My only qualm is there is no place for a water bottle on the outside. I usually hike with a bladder and a nalgene or two. Otherwise a rad, ultra useful pack.

Dont Huge Me Im Scared from
Perfect PackThis pack hold everything I need. I can fit my rope, harness, guidebook, chalk bag, snacks, and hydration pack with room to spare. The straps are very comfortable and breathable. The pack feels really sturdy, I don't see this ripping anytime soon. I love the duffel opening, it is super convenient and makes it easy to pack and unpack. The small side pocket is perfect for guidebooks or anything else you need easy access to. I am 5'3 and my partner is 5'6 and this pack fits us both very well. I would definitely recommend it!

good and not goodI got this pack for the climbing gym and random uses. It is much smaller than I hoped. It does not have enough room for a rack, harness, shoes and other gear. Unless you want to look like the Beverly Hillbillies with all your stuff attached to the outside. It also does not have the structure to carry a heavy load. If your approach is longer than the hike to the Ruckman Cave at Rifle, consider getting something with a little more structure and size. It is a great pack overall and for smaller loads it does just fine.

Great climbing packI needed a climbing pack for some upcoming trips and this one is so great. I love the back zipper feature, so you don't have to pull everything out of your pack to find what you are looking for. And it is so spacious, I'm going to be able to fit everything I need to go climbing and some! So happy I purchased this pack!!!!

Great multi-use. not too big/not too smallGreat size. perfect if a normal backpack is too small for your adventures, but also not so large that it can't be used as a day pack. Great features, but simple design that I enjoy.
