The Patagonia Baby Hi-Loft Down Sweater Bunting is Patagonia's warmest one-piece bunting for keeping your little one snuggly warm. The windproof shell fabric is made from 100% polyester mini-ripstop and coated with a durable water repellent finish, to deter snowflakes and drool from soaking into the fabric surface. It's really for rain and snow resistance, so the drool protection is just an added bonus. The baffles are stuffed full with 600 fill power duck down, providing your little one with loads of warmth, without weighing them down. Carseats are heavy enough as it is, so you'll appreciate the lighter weight. Dual zippers at the front make it easy to slip your child in and out for a quick diaper change, or just to get them into Grandma's hands faster. The hood has been lined with a high-pile fleece for additional warmth and all hems wrap softly around their little ankles, wrists, and face to block drafts.

DWR tech

Durable Water Repellant
DWR (Durable Water Repellent) is a coating that is applied to fabrics which makes them water-resistant, or hydrophobic. A DWR finish doesn't interfere with breathability, which makes it perfect for adverse conditions in the backcountry.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So warm, so worth it! We love this snowsuit for our 12 month old. It's so warm and he is completely covered and snuggled up when wearing it. We mainly use it when hiking and he's in the hiking pack, or on cold days in the stroller. The hood is great and the hand and feet covers are essential. However, I only gave it 4 stars because I feel that the sizing is totally off. At first, I ordered the 18M (which says its for 12-18M) and it was HUGE! I felt like it would have fit a 3 year old. So we exchanged if for the 6-12M size and it's perfect with room to grow. Again, my son is 12M and is in the 30th percentile for height and weight. In other Patagonia jackets he wears 12M(with the old sizing). Regardless of the sizing, I'd totally recommend this snowsuit if you're an active outdoor family who lives Ina cold climate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT but runs large I ordered a 12-18 and when this arrived at first i was a little disappointed because when I pulled it out it was very large! It could fit my 4 years old son! With that said, I put it on her and although it was very puffy it fit. So I will end up keeping to use for this year and possibly the years to come if it can hold up that long. Very quality, but I recommend sizing down , especially if you babe is on the smaller side.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Toasty and Comfy Love putting my 3 month old in this. I was looking for something with down to keep her warm and also for a good brand. Patagonia is def reputable and I feel like we got a good quality product. Do wish the zippers came down longer on the legs though, it would be way easier to slip the baby into the bunting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome gear for the little one! We bought this for our infant because we love to play outside in the winter and prefer to have her with us. We live in Montana and hike at least three times per week in the snow and cold. She stays so warm and loves to be in the bunting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My baby loves it! I bought it for my 10months old, it is great it runs a little big, but it's perfect for the place we live, we live in Vail Colorado, and it's great for such long winters we have!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely Warm. The picture doesn't fully show how puffy this product is. Our little one could stay outside indefinitely in this.

My baby girl just turned 3 months and is about 12 pounds. Should I get the 3 month or 6 month? I want it to last all winter of possible

Asked by: brenna
Hey Brenna, A size 3 months would fit an infant who is 10-15 lbs and has a length of 23"-25", while a size 6 would fit an infant 15-20 lbs with a length of 25"-28". I hope this helps.
