I used these hiking in Patagonia where there were lots of loose rocks. These gaiters stayed up well, are rugged and didnt' even flinch at all the rocks, and kept all the little stones out of my shoes. I love that they hook onto the laces to keep them tightly against my shoes. They are just the right width so they don't shoosh against each other every step you take. On the snowy, grassy hike, my legs were the driest part of me. I love these.

I think these gaitors are pretty great, but I pretty much think all gaitors are great. These arent too tall like the mens, and not too heavy either. Win-win!

"Great for XC skiing" 12/17/10

These gaiters are bomber! Absolutely clutch for those snowy days you wanna get out for some XC skiing or skijoring! They haven't failed me yet! Two thumbs up!

The buckle is the best part, I can make these fit any of my 3 winter boots. I love that they started making women's because the men's are too tall.

We live in Downeast Maine and go ice fishing ALOT in the winter and my sister in law has this exact pair and they are awesome so I had to get a pair! Great Material, easy to use, not too expensive and saves on the cuff of your pants and should you be drinking and say...step one foot into an empty hole you will come out dry if you have quality boots and these gaiters...not that I was drunk and stepped in the hole or anything LOL Valuable for hiking too!! I give this product A MILLION thumbs up!

"Dry legs, dry pants." 01/22/10

So far so good-- used for hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing all with no problems! They seem very durable as well. I hope they are breathable in hot weather!

"Dang! These are incredible." 12/19/09

Perfect for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or just traipsing around on a snowy sidewalk. These keep my pants and socks completely dry, and fit well over snowpants or jeans. Very pleased with this purchase!

"Good Stuff" 12/06/09

I got these for a present. They work well for mud when hiking and I kept them out for the winter for shoveling snow. I also like that they are girly with the little flowers on them.

"Fit well and keep my pants dry" 11/03/09

Just what I was looking for. They keep my pants snow free I only wish I was able to try them on before hand. They fit really well over my monstrous boots, but are a little loose over my regular ones and I wear a size 9, so I ordered a large.But overall they do their job and that was what I was looking for.
