"All fab but the chin strap is too long and the velcro barely fastens!!!" 11/07/11
Bought it for winter mountaineering and to fit under my helmet. Got the Large size for my 59cm head; fits fine (the Medium would def have been too small!). Luuuve the colour (Abyss), love the style, love the technical features, BUT the chin strap is so long that the velcro closure only overlaps maybe 1cm!!! This is a big problem as the extra strap hangs loose and because there is not enough velcro to hold, it just releases. (The vertical measurement of my head and chin is 65cm: loose tape measure.) Probably mainly fine if you are wearing your helmet.
"Keeps me warm and dry but does not attract girls." 09/11/10
This is a wonderful hat and will keep you warm and dry in any weather. I really love how it wraps around my chin and keeps my ears so warm. This cap fulfills it's purpose rather well. However, it is not the most stylish cap that I have seen.
"nice FALL weather hat" 10/16/07
wore this hat in some chilly windy fall weather. its kind of thin but i knew that when i was buying it. its a nice sort of fall hat and it does keep you pretty warm. the ear flaps are nice but its hard to put them up and down and attach the velcro with mittens on. I like this hate it looks mad cool and im waiting to test it in some drizzly weather since its gortex.

Size ran a little small- "Large" fit a size 7 1/8 but not a 7 3/8...Fuzzy and warm, I wore one like it for 3 months in Antarctica almost exclusively (in austral spring). Gotta love those ear flaps!
"A "jeep-tested" winner" 06/26/06
This cap has got to be the only choice for the cold, wet winds of "Moosejaw country", but folks could reasonably wonder why a Florida "cracker" would order one, in June no less. Try riding in an open jeep in Florida, if you have sensitive sinuses, in anything else and you won't opt for more jeep rides. Ride with the Rondo Cap and your sinuses will thank you.
