"Very light, very thin, moderately warm" 02/04/12
This is a great beanie for cool conditions. It is very comfortable and very light. It compacts to about the size of a twinkie. I use it as my every day around town beanie, or my summer backpacking beanie. Does not offer the warmth of heavier bulkier beanies, but that is not its intended purpose. It is very thin and conforms to my head very well, making it very realistic to wear under a helmet. The radiant fleece is the thinnest fleece I have ever encountered, but seems quite durable.
