"GET THIS FOR YOUR HEAD! IT'LL LOVE YOU FOR IT!" 02/12/11

I love this hat. It's windproof, warm, and stylish to boot. The snug profile fits well under a helmet and is perfect for ice/alpine endeavors. I am of some Norwegian heritage..so the name kind of reeled me in as well.

"Keeps your head cozy" 08/23/10

Wore this hat in 40-50 degree temps, sometimes in moderately windy situations. The wind-blocking capabilities are great. With some hats, putting it on doesn't necessarily make you feel warmer if it's windy, but with this one, you instantly feel warmer, not matter what the conditions are. At night, it's good because it's thin, so fits nicely under your sleeping bag hood. Great to not have a one-size-fits-all; the L fits me well. Looks pretty stylish too, and I often don't look good in hats.
