"Not a hardcore down jacket" 12/04/08

I just received this jacket from O.R. and was disappointed by the dinky hood. I need a hood that can fit over a helmet and this one barely fits over my head. I don't think my head is over sized either. It didn't feel that thick and the lower arms seemed to thin out in down volume which I thought was weird. Bottom line, this jacket is not enough for a winter in Yosemite.
