The Men's Furio Pant by Outdoor Research. The M's Furio Pants are the workhorse for alpine exploits demanding total stormproof protection. The lightweight, breathable 70D Gore-Tex Paclite fabric sheds the elements and expels internal moisture, while the rugged Gore-Tex Pro Shell fabric adds reinforcement to shoulders and sides. The full-length side zips allow a drop seat for ease of use with in a harness as well as the ability to get in and out of your boots effortlessly.

"Super dry, well constructed, but suspenders are highly recommended" 07/05/10
Great pants for anything you can throw at them, well except the kitched sink since that will hurt like a Mo Fo!! Pants have waterproof zippers, removable gaiters, zippered pocket, and a draw cord around the cuff to tighten them around your boots, which is a HUGE plus. Sizing is a little funny, I'm 5' 8", got the medium, and the length is ok, but the waist is a little large. The waist adjustment is nice but it doesn't get quite small enough for me. Highly recommend getting the suspenders considering my pack pulls my pants down on these.

Well constructed but do not fit shorter than average people. From the sizing chart, the mediums have a 32 inch inseam but its probably 33. I also got the optional suspenders but those have limited adjustment and are cut for a L or XL torso. Ultimately I returned these pants because they fit poorly and I couldn't justify the cost in that case.
