"Great for everything you want to stay dry" 07/28/11
I work at the largest youth camp in the world, Philmont Scout Ranch, where i am taking kids out into the backcountry, and i always have this with me, however, i have it in a 10 liter. It will keep anything dry, and the daisy chain on the side is a nice added feature if you do need it. great for anything cause it will compact smaller for the less you have in it.
"Bombproof..." 04/09/11
Bought these packs to replace pack liners in my Duluth Pack for canoe expeditions in the BWCAW. I just place 2 of the 55L Dry Sacks in the Duluth pack and it keeps my food and gear organized and DRY! I'm glad I didn't get the ultralight sacks for this particular purpose, as I feel confident about taking these out of the pack and tossing them around the campsite! The smaller 20L also doubles as a pillow with either Air or my down coat stuffed in there (lets be honest...both)! These things are solid, Love the Daisy Chain and webbing handle on the base. Both of those little details make it easier for sliding these in and out of my Kayak!
"Awesome bag, I use it to line Pack to keep sleeping bag/layers dry and as the name says it DURABLE" 02/07/11
I use this bag to keep my sleeping bag/extra layers for winter camping nice and dry. Yes, I do have a rain cover for my pack but sometimes on expeditions with my buddies we end up on river/stream crossings. sure my pack is above my head but one slip and i got a cold night ahead of me without this. Keeps the gear dry to keep me warm! great bag!
"Sweetness" 12/29/10
Bought this bag before a weekend trip just to keep my spare clothes dry. When I got to the camp site I threw it in my tent and forgot about it. Ended up using that night as a pillow because it is completely air tight. Then used it the next day to put my damn clothes in to keep the moisture separated from the rest of my stuff. Been using it ever since, it straps perfectly to the outside of my day pack and fits great in my bigger packs. One of the best dry sacks I've ever used.
"Excellent bag." 04/11/10
This bag met my expectations. It is made out of a sturdy material. It has a handle on the bottom for attaching it to the canoe. It also has loops on the side to attach things like water bottles and mini dry sacks for money and such. I love it.
"huge dry sack to keep your stuff dry, a must have" 04/06/10
nice big dry sack to put all your gear in. if you plan on being in or around water, this is perfect for you. i wouldn't use it for light small trips but on a kayak trip that lasts a few days, you cant go wrong by ordering this.
"Stays dry and looks good." 09/24/09
I bought the 55L in Lichen color. Took it out on an overnight canoe trip. Kept my gear very dry, even when it rained 4" overnight. The color is also beautiful and I hope that it will stay somewhat clean! Although it is obviously not designed for portage, the strap and buckle to close it is decent for toting it around to and from camp and appears to support at least twenty pounds. I would definitely not use it if weight is an issue, but it looks as durable as it claims. My one issue is that I had problems with the top coming unrolled.
