"Perfect for globetrotting!" 10/05/11
There is so much room! Perfect for weeks away in a third world country when you basically have to carry your life in your pack. I feel like every time i travel with this bag i find more pockets, which is a fantastic surprise as well. Love how the top is detachable and can be carried around like a hip pack too making small hikes way easier. Incredibly durable as well. Wish I hadn't bought a rain cover for it though since one of great quality came with it.

Bought a womens medium, had to change the hipbelt to a mens small and the harness to a womens small (womens hip belts are way to narrow for comfort) now its the perfect pack..holds 50 to 65 lbs easily, we take long 15 day trips and have to carry all of our food etc. Great ease getting to all my stuff...I bought and tried 6 different packs all at the same time and this is best for hauling lots of stuff with great comfort

Like I said it is on the heavy side, but the suspension and other factors make it comfortable when it is on. The size is a blessing and a curse- it makes it hard to get on, but it means everything you need will fit!
