I was a customer of a competitor of yours (Altrec) and they have been dropping the ball lately with their service. I ordered a North Face jacket from them for my wife and it showed up in a ripped bag and the jacket was damaged from shipping. I returned it and ordered the same jacket from you for my wife. It showed up in a box and in perfect condition. Plus your price was cheaper. It takes them on avg about two weeks to credit me back when I return something. I am eager to see how long it takes you when the time comes. But for now my wife loves the jacket and I am happy with your service. Looking forward to being a regular customer of yours. Thanks!!
