"Perfect Size" 		          02/06/10
The jacket folds up nice and small fitting perfectly in the top of the pack. It is light weight and keeps your stuff nice and dry. Another great quality product to goes with the pack. Don't buy any other cover and grab one now before you get stuck in a downpour.

I was using an old rain fly cut to fit with a bunjee cord until my friend showed up with one of these. Pip pop blammo done! Fast, light and looks great. I just had to buy one myself. Must have for summer hiking.

"Great insurance and looks much better than a trash bag!" 		          10/27/09
I used to try and rig up a trash bag on my pack, but that tore easily and didn't really fit. The official Osprey UL raincover, however, fits great and will definitely take a beating. Love that is stretches around the pack and you don't have to tie if off. Remember to plan ahead since this might make it difficult to have your sleeping pad strapped to the bottom of the pack, but you can work around that. Plus it's so light that you won't know it's there until you need it - great insurance!

The medium is WAY big for my medium pack (w/ gear attached). Not the best attachments. Recommend you take your pack to a local store and buy the right size cover there.

"Osprey made for Osprey packs" 		          09/10/09
While not made of sil nylon for the lightest raincover possible, this fabric is lightweight and stronger than silnylon when it comes to abrasion. It fits my Exos pack well and keeps the pack dry. Can be a little challenging to get it all folded up int its stow pocket. I highly recomend getting one of these for your backpack.

"Packs down crazy small, weighs next to nothing, keeps you dry." 		          08/15/09
This is an excellent rain cover. The material is extremely effective as a water barrier, and the rain cover just seems to fit osprey packs perfect. ...funny, its like they designed it that way. ;) Go ahead and get one, you won't be sorry, and the first time you get caught in a downpour you'll look up at that big mean rain cloud and laugh!

"Easy to use, packs small, keeps pack dry, covers the whole pack and stays dry" 		          08/08/09
I bought the largest size cover for my Large Argon 70 pack and it works great. It stuffs into the built in pocket to about a fist size and is very light. It is also easy to use with a bungee type tightening line that buttons around the back of the pack keeping it in place It has kept all of my stuff dry in rainy hikes and goes on in seconds. It is also made of strong material that won't rip or tear easily. I would definitely say this is a must for any osprey pack owner.

"Way better than a Trash Bag!" 		          08/03/09
I was in the Picture Rocks with this cover when a downpour showed up. We were able to get our packs covered in no time. The packs stayed bone dry. Easy on easy off. The snaps really help to keep it on your bag even with wind. I hope my trash bag isn't reading this review.

You have to buy this rain cover. It fit's the pack you want/own, and you know it. So quit reading reviews and just buy the thing already. The only thing worse than a soggy pack is... well.. nothing.

Light weight and fits great, what more can you ask for. Ordered a small for an Atmos 35 have no complaints. Was pleasantly surprised by the color, looks almost brown in the pictures (at least on my monitor) but is actually gray. My recently retired trash bag is jealous.
