"Amazing Product, lightweight, versatile"  10/29/09

We purchased the Sojourn 28 and hauled it around Costa Rica for 1 month. Wheel assembly broke off (a real bummer) but Osprey's amazing promise to fix or replace a damaged pack was well worth the cost. This pack is easy to load and haul around. Would recommend to anyone who needs a wheeled pack that may end up on your back.

"A fantastic piece of travel gear!!!"  04/17/08

I used my rewards points to get one of these travel packs and absolutely love it!!! It is loaded with numerous well thought out features such as the ability to compress the pack with the external straps if you don't pack it full. I also love the fact you can roll it on very high quality wheels or pull out the shoulder straps and waistband to haul it on your shoulders if your hands are full. This travel pack is outstanding in every detail. I highly recommend it!

"It's awesome! I can't wait to use it!"  03/31/08

This bag is perfect for me! I exchanged the Osprey Meridian 28in. for this bag because this bag has more room! I think they are built on the same frame, but this pack has several more inches in depth compared to the main bag of the Meridian. See my review of the Meridian for my comparison between the Osprey wheeled backpacks and the Eagle Creek wheeled packs. I am a 5'4'' female, which may seem small for a pack this big, but I foresee no problems in my carrying this bag around because it has a functional hipbelt attaches via male-female buckles under the bottom of the bag and chestbelt. I ordered this bag for a 1 month backpacking trip I'm taking to Europe this summer. I plan to attach

"excellent value"  03/17/08

unusually large roller pack, which is what i needed. the pack option is great for long trips where you're up and down stairs of city undergrounds and sloshing through winter city sidewalks rollers don't cut it under these circumstances. I must say it's pretty heavy on the back when full, but the waist belt makes it doable. In the airport, the wheels do the work. well worth the money.

"nice luggage"  01/27/08

This is a really quality piece of luggage, only thing that I dont totally love about it is the backpack feature of it doesnt work great when it loaded with stuff. The pack is too short for the hip belt to reach my hips so all the weight rests on my shoulders. I do really like all the little pockets and the mesh pockets on the inside.

"Best value tall wheeled hip belted pack"  04/15/07

This pack is a wheeled type pack. The handle has 2 tubes so you can strap another object to it and its doesnt wriggle around ( Victorinox similar packs have only 1 tube and not so good for toting a second small pack on top of first). It has a hip belt and the 28" pack length means it will actually fit tall men ( and women). The belt harness attaches to the pack( when pulled out) with traditional pack plastic snap-locks. Good and solid. Unlike the Eagle Creek brand similar packs that just use velcro to hold belt harness in place ( take a few safety pins). There is no clip on day pack with it so you get the full 80L load capacity. The very similar Osprey Meridian 28" has a strap on 20L day pac
