Please note that the info provided above refers to the torso size each pack will fit, and NOT any dimensions of the pack. Below are some steps for how to get your torso length. You should probably have someone help take this measurement for you so it is accurate. And they might accidentally touch your butt.

• Start at the iliac crest, which is the top of the hipbones on the side of your body. These act like a shelf for supporting a pack hipbelt.
• From this level on your spine, measure to the C7 vertebrae, the knobby bone at the base of your neck when you put your head down.
• Make sure you keep your back as straight as possible while measuring.
• This torso measurement determines what size Osprey pack you should carry. Refer to the size charts above to find your ideal size.
• If you are in between sizes, it is ideal to try them both on before ordering.

• Measure around your hips at your iliac crest, NOT your waist.
• A properly fitted hipbelt rides centered over the hipbones and needs to be very snug.
• The padded portion should wrap well around your hips, leaving a gap of 3 to 6 inches between the tips of the both hip pads when securely tightened.
• Refer to the Hipbelts size chart above to help determine your ideal Osprey pack size, but again, your torso length is what should determine your pack size, NOT the hipbelt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than other brands I bought this baby carrier about a month ago, before I made this purchase, I watched tons of reviews on YouTube and this was the one that the pros outweighs the cons. The basic version doesn't have a sunshade, the premium version has a additional bag and changing pad. I decided the plus version meets my needs. It feels very confortable when you carry your little precious one, 90% of the weight is on your hip, and that releases the pressure on your shoulder, which is a big help for long hike. My daughter is six month old and and she fell asleep a few times when she was in the carrier. Overall, it is a really nice one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hands Downs best carrier on the market! 1000% Satified! Moosejaw's Lighting Speed Delivery A+! I researched every baby carrier out there! We are so happy we found Osprey. The middle of the line bag (Poco plus) gives you just as many features as all of the other brands top of the line carriers (I.e. sunshade, padding, storage). There is a great storage space for the sunshade and it covers the baby so well! There is a big compartment for storage and a few little pockets. It seemed like the only difference between the poco plus an the premium was a detachable day pack...which we didn't not need for $60 extra. I think you can even attach your own day pack to the poco plus. It works beautifully for our 8 month old. No regrets! I can't wait to use it a million more times!,,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome product & worth every dollar! I've read reviews of packs (mostly baby oriented) for almost a year while preparing for a trip to Ireland and England and I must say, this pack was everything I expected and more. The weight of the pack alone is light enough to lift it with two fingers, the mesh screen is away from the frame to allow not only comfort, but great air-flow. I went with the Plus due to the extra hip belt extensions, sunshade, & extra compartment space. Granted, the restraint will remind them of the ever so hated car seat, but I just pressed on and he was smiling and laughing everywhere we went. Even if you're a fence sitter on the product, you can't beat Ospreys warranty. I'd buy it again, no questions asked.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product, very comfortable. Daughter loves it. Great for long trips on or off road. I enjoy trekking with my young daughter, but hate having to worry about carting around a stroller. This is a great pack for long hikes off road or long walks around town. Daughter loves being in the pack, very alert and interactive, not sleeping the day away (then staying up all night) in a stroller. Highly recommend. Great product and Moosejaw is a great company. I had a few questions regarding this and other products, and both the Live Chat and 800 customer service were extremely helpful. Very pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High quality, light, full of features, and comfortable I've used the Poco plus on a number of hikes and I'm glad I made the purchase. I like the features in the poco plus and didn't think it was worth the extra $40 for the premium which comes with a removable daypack and a diaper changing mat. I find the poco plus comes with plenty of storage, I like the pocket for the 2L reservoir, the built-in sunshade is a must here in the desert, and I find that my son and I are both comfortable. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great gift My son wanted one of these for his birthday. As you can tell he is really loving being a new dad when he chooses something that he and his new baby girl can enjoy together. It arrived right on time and he was VERY pleased. They plan on using it soon and are super excited! Good job!!! Made me look like the good mom!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great lightweight carrier This is a great high-quality carrier, with thoughtful design features. The Poco Plus has plenty of pockets, and a large storage bin area under the child's seat. The sun shade (and light rain protector) stows easily, and takes almost no room when stowed.,,Proper setup will take a couple long walks to be dialed in just right. Waist belt has reverse compression straps (very nice). Shoulder straps adjust easily, and the strap tails are stowed. Adjustment of the seat height is easy. This pack will fit an infant up to preschooler (40lb child).,,,,I have one complaint - Adjustment of the of cargo area (child chest area) through the compression straps is impossible if you are wearing the pack. The straps must be pulled to the rear. You must take the pack off, or have your partner cinch the straps while you wear it. It can take a couple adjustments to get things just right. Too tight, and the child is squeezed. Too loose, and the child will sway too much. Load compression should be adjustable whil
