"Excellent Bag - Spacious and Waterproof" 03/31/12
I bought this to replace a Timbuk2 bag that was too small when I got a new laptop. I was skeptical at first because my Timbuk2 was perfect to me in every way, but this bag exceeded all of my expectations. It fits my 15" MacBook Pro perfectly, has several slots for keeping my papers organized and has plenty of room left over for some notebooks and books in the main compartment. I am a graduate student that is always carrying papers to grade and books for research, and the shoulder pad makes the whole load very comfortable for my walks to and from campus. I've also been walking back and forth in the rain the last few days and haven't had any moisture seep into the bag. Great purchase.
"Best travel bag I've ever used." 09/27/10
This bag has become one of those things I carry with me everywhere. Front pocket allows for access without unbuckling. Two pockets just under the flap store have enough space for all kinds of useful stuff with a nice loud Velcro. Inside the main pouch are a zipper-closed mesh pocket, laptop compartment and 3-4 inches deep of just space. An easy access zipper on the back side of the bag that allows you to reach inside the main compartment. A bit of elastic on the sides to suck the top down tight. Strap is fully adjustable, long enough to allow the bag to hang near my knees and the side pockets fit a full size Nalgene securely. Through airport security and all over Europe without a concern.
"Stop reading this review and BUY THIS" 07/30/10
First and foremost the bag is much larger then you'd think. It fits laptops up to 15.4in I believe and has plenty of room to spare. I got the Redwood color and its a nice burnt orange. There are numerous pockets all over the bag to divide up your gear. I can't imagine needing to get the larger version of this bag, this is great. Bottom Line: I would def. recommend this bag, plus Osprey has their lifetime warranty, legit.

This bag is AWESOME. There are SO MANY pockets for EVERYTHING. And it's all separated so it's nearly impossible to lose something. The hip-belt is great for when I am walking around the city or in airports so it doesn't fly all over the place. It's such a comfortable bag to carry--even when you load it down with tons of crap. :-) Not only could I use this bag for school, but it would easily work as a duffel as well. Like I said, there is a ton of space and you could definitely fit things for an overnight inside. Lastly, I LOVE the color. I got the orange and it's absolutely amazing. Buy it and you will not be sorry! :-)
"I love this bag" 04/06/10
This is the best courier/laptop bag I have used. Lots of pockets, well-thought out design, plus it's made out of recycled materials so you can be smug about that. I frequently carry it all day on campus with a laptop, several notebooks, and a pile of other educational stuff and it does a great job. Comfortable and durable - you can't go wrong with this bag.

So I borrowed this bag from a friend for a couple of days-- and found it to be one of the best messenger bags I have ever used. It has lots of pockets and lots of different access points which make organizing all of my stuff extremely easy. The bag is well thought out, and the zipper across the top of the bag allowing access into the main and computer compartment is key as you don't have to fumble around with the buckles every time you want to take your computer out. All in all, a fantastic bag that is spacious yet not huge, organized yet not bulky, and light weight. AND-- it's made from recycled material! How can you beat that?
