The Optimus Crux Lite is an ultralight camp stove for cooking in the backcountry. When you're counting pack weight and it comes down to grams or ounces, the 72g (2.54 ounces) fits the bill. Not only will it help keep pack weight to a minimum, but it also packs down nice and small, folding away into its included stuff sack, which you can then stuff inside your cooking pot. All you have to do is grab a fuel canister (sorry, these are sold separately) and head out into the wilderness.
FEATURES of the Optimus Crux Lite
One of the world's lightest stoves - only 72 grams
Similar to best selling crux but does not fold as flat
Powerful and stable 3000 W burner (precise simmering and fast boiling)
The lightweight that boils water fast, but won't spot burn while simmering
Please note that stoves DO NOT include any fuel bottles or canisters pictured. Sorry about everything and please don't hate us.

Great lil campstoveUps: Lightweight, simple, stable. I've used this in NZ, Au and the US, Never a problem with its functioning. Gave one to my brother, bought a new one for myself.,,,,Downs: touchy when it comes to getting the perfect amount of flame (easiest on nil or inferno), but you get used to it being fiddley and then it's smooth sailing.
