The Oboz Women's Sawtooth Low Shoe is a breathable hiking shoe for reliable grip on dirt, rock, roots and more. Geared towards the thru-hiker, the outsole provides just the right amount of traction on everything from mud to dry dirt to rock with lugs that move up the sidewall for increased grip on the trails that seem like you're walking sideways. The upper is constructed from a combination of nubuck leather and textile, for incredible durability and breathability for those hot mid-summer hikes on the AT and even on the trails of your own backyard. The lows allow you to drop some weight without losing the protection you need on more technical trails.

Solid yet flexible shoe!I searched and searched for the right hiking shoe before I finally settled on the Oboz Sawtooth. I'm not crazy about the look of the shoe but, once I tried it on, I was sold. It looks much bulkier in pictures than it is in reality. It is lightweight and flexible while still having a sturdy, solid sole. The lacing goes far enough down to the toe (without being an approach shoe) that you can really tighten these up and keep your foot secure in the shoe. I wore these on an 8+ mile hike in Sedona without breaking them in and they performed amazingly well. Grippy enough on some pretty steep scrambles to make me feel confident and a good amount of cushioning. Highly recommend!

ComfortableThis is my third pair of oboz. I put them on, right out of the box and never have any breaking in period. Comfortable from the start. Big toe box.
