Cheaper than new bootsLike many people, I have am emotional attachment to my hiking boots (leather HiTechs that have been with me for like 7 years now) but also like many people I HATE HAVING WET FEET. When my boots did not meet my dry sock needs, I decided to shell out of the $8 and it paid off. My shoes are now mostly waterproof (not as good as new, but good enough for sure). It was easy to use and I have enough left for several more pairs of shoes. I didn't notice any change in the color of the leather, but I've put my boots though so much it's hard to tell.
