This cleaning gel works quite well.I like that there is not terrible chemical smell like the foam and spray cleaners you get at the shoe stores.This product is also less than the cans of smelly chemical cleaner.I did find on light nubuk that the finish of the boots did not look as nice after a scrubbin'\Still better than filthy boots!

"A nice alternative to buying new boots"

I was actually considering buying new boots before I bought this gel. It seems to have helped get the dirt out of the nubuk and crevices that I couldn't with soap and water alone. The application sponge made it easy to apply too. It was a little pricey but worth it I suppose considering the alternative of buying new boots.

This stuff worked great to clean 4 pairs of dirty boots. Stiil some left to do a couple more pairs. Easy to use and apply. It helps to have a little bruch to scrub the tough spots. Cap on can arrived cracked & broken.

I have Nike Shox with a white mesh part on the top of the shoe. In the past it has been impossible to clean this, but Nikwax had it turning white again in no time! Well done, Nikwax. Now if you can only make a "Don't fall off my mountain bike and gash open my arm" Gel, I'll be all set!

USED IT ON MY NEW BELLA ALTA BOOTSBLOCKEDKEYWORDNOTHING GOT CLEANER. USED IT ON MY LEATHER BOOTSBLOCKEDKEYWORDSALT DISAPPEARED FOR LIKE 3 SECONDS AND CAME BACK, PLUS THE LEATHER LOOKED WAY DULLER AFTER.
