This is a must for any clean down product that you have. it helps the outer layer of your jacket/sleeping bag more water/moisture proof so that it's harder for your hot stuff gets dirty again. a must!

I was a little hesitant when I purchased this stuff, but let me tell you...IT REALLY WORKS! My new sleeping bag is better than ever. I took it out the other day and laid in it in the snow, and there was no water on the bag! Crazy! It was so simple to use. Just put it in the washing machine with your bag, and BAM! Water-proof sleeping bag! You can use it on all down products as far as I know. It took the whole can to use on my bag, so you might get two jackets out of one can. Totally worth it! I am so glad I got this! And, as far as I know, you never really have to do it again. It's pretty much a one-time only kind of thing! SO GREAT! You won't regret the $10. Promise.

I have used something like this before, but it didn't work as well as the Nikwax. I love this stuff! I have had no leaks on my down sleeping bag, and I don't think I ever will. This stuff is easy to use and gives me some peace of mind because I know I'm going to run into some wet nights outside. I know I'm prepared! I even tested it with a cup of water before I went out, and the water just rolled off. I am super impressed, and you really can't beat the price! I would pay double just because of how great it is, but I'm glad it's not double. Everyone likes a deal! LOVE IT! WORTH IT! GET IT!

"proof your down with down proof..."

Did a fine job waterproofing my MTNHDWR down coat. I don't think there are many competitors and I've had better luck washing in some water resistance with Nikwax products versus Grangers. Good stuff and the price is right. Also comes with a purple cap. Purple repels water. My coat is dry so it must be true.
