The Losi 3P Footprint is a 70D abrasion-resistant nylon fabric tarp perfectly sized to fit underneath your Losi 3P or Losi Storm 3P tent. It reduces wear and tear on your tent floor from contact with the ground. The Footprint can also be used with your poles and fly to make a lightweight shelter for fair-weather adventures. "Protected our tent in one gnarly campsite!" 08/26/11
We used this footprint under our Nemo Losi tent on our trip to watch the last shuttle launch! Our spot had a great view across the Banana River to the launch site, but the only place to pitch our tent was on a sandy spot full of tree roots, palm tree limbs, and everything stickery that Florida has to offer! No problem for the footprint! We just put it down and set our tent on top of it. It was extremely easy to attach and did it's job beautifully! not a scratch on our tent. Oh, by the way, did I mention it RAINED that night, too? it kept the tent bottom dry as all the rain ran under the footprint and stayed away from us! If you have a Nemo Losi tent, GET THIS FOOTPRINT!!!
"Well worth purchasing" 04/21/11
Very simple but worthwhile piece of equipment. Protects the tent nicely and well designed to clip-in to the jakesfoot. Gives you a summer/lightweight option - use this with the fly/poles and leave the main tent at home. It weighs/packs down to nothing and comes with a nice case. Glad I purchased.
"Does exactly what it's designed to do." 12/03/10
A footprint is a simple idea. Cutting a piece of cloth to go under a tent is not that hard. However, where Nemo has gotten it right is in their attention to detail. This is an obviously well made footprint that nicely compliments the Losi 3p tents. I really enjoy the Jakesfoot system where the pole, fly and footprint all clip neatly and securely into 1 piece of hardware in the corners of the tent. The only downside of this is that there is no spot made to hold the footprint in the tent's bag without keeping it loosely folded and stuffed in with the tent and fly. That's obviously no reason not to buy however.Over all... Good Product.
