"Awesome bag for the space. It's versatile and great for gear, or using it for day out with the kids" 12/01/10
This is a sweet back for the price. I've been using Mountainsmith packs for the last fifteen years and this is a great addition to my collection. The hydro capability makes this back essential since my older packs don't have any bottle holders (total old school). When I felt a little constrained on space, I was able to secure my day pack (first generation) to the front. I have yet to put it to the test on an all day fly fishing trip, but I have no doubts that it will be perfect.
