"Excellent Quality, just what I was looking for"  04/29/12

This pack is exactly what I was after. I needed a good day pack for the trail and the city to keep my camera secure and protected and provide me with space for food and water and extra layers. The upper and lower sections are separated by a padded shelf. The lower, padded section for the camera is actually bigger than I need, but the padding is re-configurable, and the divider can be tucked away so I'm able to open them both up to each other and I'm able to carry all my camera gear - DSLR body, two lenses, and tripod - as well as making more room for the other stuff. The backpack is very secure on and very comfortable fully loaded.

"Awesome bag but be warned, the top compartment is very small"  03/30/11

I'm an avid photographer and needed a bag that could securely hold my camera and 2 additional lens and accessories. This bag is great with a couple small drawbacks. It will absolutely protect your equipment and allow you super fast access to it, unfortunately it comes at the expense of a massive amount of space lost to padding. The laptop compartment is also very big and useless but can double as a hydration pouch or for clothing storage. Many great features like the tripod/pole holders and weather cover.I traveled extensively with this pack and ended up using the bottom camera compartment for much more than just camera equipment to save space because the main compartment is very small.
