"these pants makes convertibles stylish!"  06/24/11

The pants were a perfect length for me in a size 8 (I'm 5'10'') and the zipper and snaps at the bottom make the pants easy to roll up if you don't feel like unzipping the legs. I find that belt isn't super attractive, but it's very functional. The pants are of very good quality and the material is a bit thicker to keep in your heat and block the wind. I'm using these for trekking in Himachal Pradesh - I think that they will be the perfect pants.

"The Best Convertible Pants You Will Ever Own"  06/22/11

I own 6 pairs of these pants in every color and absolutly love them! I wore them daily as a guide leading swamp walks in Big Cypress National Preserve, FL. They are super comfy and give you lots of room to move. They fit pretty true to size too! The pants dry fast and are easy to zip the legs on and off. They also wash and clean up super well. After coming out of the swamp at the end of the day they were covered in mud. I threw them in the wash and they came out good as new every time! Even the really light colored kahki pairs. I've worn them just about daily for 9 months now and they still look great! super heavy duty! These are the only convertible pants you should ever own.

"Look Great! Seams crack, no waist adjustment, but super comfy!"  04/30/11

I backcountry guide in Alaska and Hawai'i, and have 2 pairs of Corsica's with no belt loops. One size 8 short, one size 8 Regular.Going through brush, mud, water, ice, etc... all day long, after about 3 months, got some butt seam cracks. They're double seamed, so i could fix them before it got embarassing, but be prepared! They also tend to run long. My 8 Regulars are all worn down at the bottom. But they dry fast, are very comfy, but get the kind with waist adjustment. Mine get too big by the end of the day if i'm not wearing long underwear under them.

"Best hiking pants for backpacking"  03/26/11

Mountain Hardwear makes the best hiking pants for backpacking. These pants are soft, stylish, and very comfortable. The material is light to mid weight. The shorts keep you cool while hiking. Zip the legs on for cooler weather or around camp or town. It is very easy to zip on and off the legs, even when you are wearing boots! The chamois lining around the waist make these pants the best for backpacking. You will never buy anything else once you experience these pants. You will not be disappointed.
