The best tent you'll ever buy... and the last one you'll ever needThis tent is amazing. I bought this tent for great trips (i.e. Denali) on the horizon but am still in the training mode for said trips. I couldn't be happier with my Trango. The first night we took it out in a thunderstorm. The wind howled and the rain came down but my wife and I were dry and secure in our Trango. ,,,,I got the 3.1 version to have room for storage on backpacking trips and that has worked out nicely. The huge vestibule is also a plus. For a tent that does so well in the cold it is surprisingly pleasant in the summer as well. We've had it out in June down here in the southeast and have been comfortable. Awesome tent and I can't wait to take it up Denali!,,

Amazing TentI took this tent out for 45-days backpacking in the Alaskan Tundra. We also brought an older Trango 4 man tent that had seen better days. The differences were noticeable. First of all this tent is really water proof and it can take a beating. It is warm when needed, but can stay cool on hotter days. The double vestibules are awesome for shoe storage and what not. There are a lot of pockets so if you are someone like me who likes a place to put your book or head lamp its great. You can even run a little clothes line inside and dry your socks if you are so inclined or put a camel back in a pocket and have running water. The tent is great and fits 3 comfortably. I'm pretty tall and there was still space above my head and bellow my feet which was great for comfort.

Moosejaw service and excellent 4 season tentMy experience with Moosejaw has been so very positive. I purchased my tent on-line. Being a Canadian and purchasing on-line isn’t always easy. Supposedly Canada and the US have ‘free trade’. Except when there is no free trade. The sentence ‘we do not ship to Canada’ is a bummer. Not so with Moosejaw. Michigan to British Columbia in 14 days and the shipping was free. USPS sent regular emails informing me of the status of the shipment. Listen up Canada Post!,,,,Humor is the flavor of business with Moosejaw. A couple of examples: The parcel arrived with the normal caution of ‘do not open with a knife’. Moosejaw adds ‘open with your teeth’ and a big smiley face. The reading of the documents sent by email are not the usual print which we normally speed read. There was a line part way thru which said; ‘if you are still reading this which is doubtful….’. Humor, smiles and a good feeling isn’t what we normally get in our business transactions. Not so with Moosejaw; I had a great experience and t
