The Mountain Hardwear Skyledge 3 Tent is a roomy, freestanding, three season, 3 person tent designed for serious back-country users. The guaranteed waterproof construction of the Skyledge 3 Tent includes a fully taped fly and perimeter seam with welded corners and guy clip anchors, and has been rain room tested for 24 hours with 1200 inches of rain. The mesh and ripstop canopy provides both weather protection and privacy in a lightweight package. Mountain Hardwear uses Atlas UL poles reinforced by their Proprietary Evolution Tension Arch to provide stability and strength, even in intense stormy conditions. The Skyledge 3 features details to help reduce weight, including molded grommet tabs, fly hook attachments and 1/4 inch webbing. Also featured are the two dry-entry vestibules with mesh doors, SVX window for light and visibility, welded zipper flap, and interior mesh pockets for storage. Mountain Hardwear also uses Pitch Light configuration on this 3 person tent to allow the user to set up a super-light, warmer weather shelter using only the tent fly, poles, and footprint pieces without the Skyledge tent itself. "Super Sweet Tent Built For 2" 11/17/10
I know it's the Skyledge 3, but it's perfect for 2. Three people would be a real stretch. It sets up super easy with two long crossing poles and one short one that goes over the top for more vertical walls. The vestibules are big enough for boots and a pack, but when it's used with only two people, packs (70 liter packs) will easily fit inside the tent. It does really well in the wind and rain and has 4 nice guyout points. Overall, I love this tent, but I do wish it was a tad lighter.

Definitely not a 3 person. Perfect light weight roomy 2 person. VERY lightweight, durable, and sexy design. Inside has many pockets for storage. One in every corner and two on the loft. Easy set up and water tighter out of the bag. First night of use I got caught in a down poor. No a drop inside the tent! I love the dual entry doors and 2 roomy vestibles. I just bought the footprint for lighter travel. Overall the tent is awesome!!! very pleased and perfect for camping however you choose.

My boyfriend and I just spent our second weekend in this tent. Easy to set up, great ventilation, dry in a downpour. Love the two side doors, an essential in my view unless you love climbing over your partner in the middle of the night when nature calls. Two large vestibules on either side are perfect for extra gear or your favorite pooch. Downside- I can't imagine sleeping 3 people in this tent. With our two neoair mattresses there is approximately six inches of space left on the floor of the tent.
