"So Soft and Warm the Wife Now Wants One!!!" 		          10/29/09
What can you say that has not already been said? Warm, soft, light and comfortable makes this a must have jacket. The wife even said it was softer than my manly chest hair, but that may be debatable. In short, this is a great jacket on its own or as an underlayer to another jacket. Absolutely love it and the wife seconds. Appreciate the input from Moosejaw on the purchase. Thanks!!!

"Great Furry Jacket" 		          10/02/09
I really like this jacket. It is incredibly warm, especially under a shell. Perfect for wearing around camp after a long day. Sleeves run a little long and I am concerned about durability based on previous reviews, but this thing is so soft and comfortable that a couple of years of good service would be well worth the price of admission.

the monkey man fleece from mountain hardware has a much more athletic fit than does the north face denali fleece. the great fit and good warmth from the jacket make it perfect for layering during the cold days on the mountain. i love it so much that i own two!

The weight- heat ratio is amazing. It is comfortable and locks out cold. You can move in it and don't feel like a marshmallow. Just a great jacket all around.

"Warm, light, and attention grabbing" 		          09/16/09
This jacket is quickly becoming one of my favorites, its light and incredibly warm. It has great size pockets and the power stretch around the waist of the jacket helps seal in heat. This jacket is soft to the touch and gets all sorts of attention well worth it on sale here at MJ.

Super soft, true to fit, best fleece ive every owned! I use it for everything, under my hardshell, over a moosewood t-shirt. Its so soft and warm you dont need anything else. I just cant wait til mountain hardwear come out with monkey men underwear!!

Great jacket for layering or for pure warmth on dry days. Does an adequate job at breaking the wind but nothing spectacular. For the price and weight i have not encountered a better insulator.

This fleece offers superior warmth-to-weight, in my opinion. It has a nice form-fitting cut that isn't too drastic. This works very well layered under a shell during colder months. All in all, this fleece is so versatile it can be worn in a number of ways.

This jacket is really one that gets atttention. As a piece of equipment it delivers warmth and lightweight function. As a piece of fashion it is just as great, I had girls all over me even my ex when she was an ex. The fleece does wear out faster than regular though and you start getting fuzz balls.
