"A decent wind vest, but overpriced."  10/12/10

This is a good article of clothing for it's prescribed purpose; however, the vest does not have much function beyond a basic windbreaker, and because of the back venting panel, it doesn't even do that well when you're not running/biking. the DWR finish works, but on a vest, you're going to get wet anyway. The fit is very athletic, I am a 5'8" runner and the small fits a little tight and is even a little short. If a wind jacket is what you need, then I would suggest the Marmot trail wind hoody, which has the same DWR finish, sleeves, and a hood, and is actually $20 less. It's a decent product, however, it's overpriced and the product as a whole leaves something to be desired.
