"Outlives Everything. Even You." 04/27/12
I have three of these babies now, and I love them all equally. They're great for a light shell, perfect for a crisp spring climb, and they stand up to anything. Apparently they even outlast sliding down a steep granite incline, unlike my pants and a good portion of my skin. It didn't even burr or pick. It's not a winter coat, but it'll keep the heat in and the rain and snow out for you, if you don't mind not having a hood.
"Great light weight shell that keeps out the rain/snow" 02/22/11
This jacket is perfect for the cool temps in the fall and spring and keeps out both wind and rain/snow. I have had this jacket now for almost a year and it has served me well, particularly on windy, cool days. The shell really does keep the wind impact down and doesn't get all soggy in the rain. It has served me well on the river fly fishing and around town. I have even used some layers under it with my marmot vest and it has kept up in colder Colorado temps.
"Excellent jacket" 12/21/10
I bought this to replace a baggy, mis-shapen North Face jacket I've been wearing for several winters now, and it surpases my expectations. Its warm and cut to my body. No saggy sides or huge arm holes; just streamlined, aerodynamic comfort. No wind can hold me back now!
"Worth the money" 12/17/10
Bought this for my husband recently and he loves it!PROS: tough outer shell that will last, good fit; true to size; elastic sleeve prevents cold air from Coming in, warm but well ventilated, truly windproof and waterproofCONS: wish it had a hoodie, must layer for colder weather below 30sAll around a great jacket that's versatile, stylish and light. Worked great for southern California skiing and snowboarding.
