"I wanted to love this shirt but" 01/27/11
The shirt is comfy so if that's all you're worried about quit reading and buy it. The problems begin where the comfort leaves off. It feels like super soft t-shirt material; because it's so flimsy it can't support the weight of the buttons; ends up hanging low in the middle creating a rippling affect. If you're looking for a Jerry Seinfeld "Puffy shirt" this may be your garment. One other strike against it is the ENORMOUS collar. You can't really tell from the item pic but there's enough material around the back of the collar to make another shirt. I'd hold off if I had it to do all over again.
"Great shirt" 01/24/11
Got the black for x-mas, great shirt! really light, but actually kept me surprisingly warm in the NM winter w/ an undershirt. It looks like it's made from the same polyester material as their wicking t-shirts, but it's a collared shirt w/ one zippered chest pocket. I haven't used it for any hiking, but I'm sure it'll work great on approaches, as well as on climbs. It looks great just for chillin. Logo on the sleeve..great stitching too.
