The Men's Desna Jacket by Mountain Hardwear. Hybrid vigor: Polartec Power Stretch Hardface melds the stretch, warmth, and breathability of a fleece with the protection of a soft shell. Treated with an advanced surface-fusion polymer for abrasion resistance and water repellency. Power Stretch side panels add stretch and breathability where you need it. Wear alone, or use as a mid-layer.

"Sweetes hoodie on earth." 06/01/11

So sharp and minimalistic,with a little small logo,perfect athletic technical design,fits true to size,stretchable and fits right to my waist with out the bulkiness,monkey thumbs r great looking and keep the sleeves in place,this is a must and a keeper.

"Not what I expected" 04/15/11

I wished the jacket was as good as the shipping. I received the MH Desna jacket hopping that it would be the best jacket Ive ever purchased. That was until I put it on. The fit was athletic, but was way to snug in the armpit area causing the jacket to fit weird. I like the material but around the cuffs "pilled" before I ever left my house. Needless to say I am returning this product an hopefully finding something I like a lot more.

"Warm and stylish" 01/13/11

I'm pretty picky with my gear and MH hit the nail on the head with the Desna Jacket. MH is known to have trim-fitting gear and this is no different: I'm 5"7 135 with a 35" chest and the Desna Jacket in Small fits trimly. The Hardface fabric is smooth and serves a dual purpose in that it can be worn alone or it can slide smoothly under another fleece or shell. As a result, I think this jacket is nearly the perfect layering piece with its smooth fabric and trim (heat-holding) cut. Price is a little steep but if you can get it for 20% off don't miss out on this one!
