"Pretty Solid Shorts" 12/06/12

i am 6'1, 175 pounds and i found MED to fit perfect. The belt is a nice but doesn't get in the way if you don't need it. I found the short(7 inch) inseam to be slightly shorter than other shorts that claim to have 7 inch inseams but its really ok. Very comfortable and built to last!!

The chamios liner on certain parts of the shorts make for awesome comfort. Bought 2 pair and plan on more colors.

"These will please everyone from the average joe to the avid outdoorsman." 10/05/11

The inseam length is a win. Not so long that it inhibits movement and not so short that you look like an ultramarathoner.The waist-band and crotch is lined with a chamois. Whether you're going comando or wearing tidy-whities you'll appreciate the moisture control and texture of the fabric.I've had them for 8 months of demanding use and there are no rips in the fabric and the stitching has no loose ends.On the trail and while traveling I usually loose weight and with the built in webbing belt there is no need to worry.There is a zippered pocket on the right leg.It keeps me from losing stuff. It also acts as a concealed pocket, which let me keep my wallet from a mugger in Costa Rica.

"Great Fit, Lightweight, Amazingly comfortable, LOVE THEM!!!!!" 07/10/11

I was looking for some good shorts for hiking when I came across these. After my first day of wearing them i knew they would be great. The length is perfect not to long past the knee but also not to short to ride up. The belt inside the waist is perfect. Great idea and nice not to have to bring another belt on a hike. Very lightweight and extremely durable. Tons of pocket space love the hidden pocket on the side as well. I love these shorts i have one of every color and hike in them all the time as well as wear them around town.

"Better than all the rest" 04/15/11

I tried on every pair of shorts at a Recreational Equipment store and none of them fit as well as these. After I bought them for the fit (and name brand, I'm a big fan of MH) and wore them on a 2 day backpack trip, I realized just how awesome these shorts are. The best part - a strip of brushed polyester (or nylon or something) right where your thighs might rub together. I came back to buy another color.
