The Mountain Hardwear LightWedge 2 DP Tent is a three season tent for hitting the trail with a party of two. Or just visit your favorite campground, whichever gets you outside. The LightWedge has a single door, located at the short end for quick exits without climbing over someone. The spacious vestibule keeps gear dry through the night and provides a little spot for removing your stinky boots before bedtime. The included footprint allows you to PitchLight, with just the footprint, poles and rainfly if you want to cut weight even further. The tent can also be DryPitched, so the inner tent won't soaked when pitching in the rain. The fly is fully taped and welded at the corners to prevent leaks on days of constant rain.

FEATURES of the Mountain Hardwear LightWedge 2 DP Tent

MOUNTAIN HARDWEAR PACK FIT GUIDE and INFO

• Determine the correct pack size by measuring from the top of your hip shelf to the C7 vertebrae, which is the protruding bump at the base of the neck.

• If you think you are between pack sizes, consider how and when you will be using the pack. For example, if you will be using the pack primarily in the winter, when more and bulkier clothing is required, you may opt to size up.

• You can find Torso Range and other size information in the description FEATURES or SPECIFICATIONS for each Mountain Hardwear pack. You can also refer to the size guide below to compare the current season packs by category.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST 2 MAN TENT OK maybe I am over exaggerating, but I will say this is THE best 2 man tent I personally have ever used, and I have used many many different tents. ,,I bought this in preparation for a 2 week backpacking trip in Europe (Germany and Switzerland) and it went above and beyond. ,,Two people + gear is not as bad as other 2 man tents with the awesome vestibule. ,,Pockets are amazing and I HIGHLY recommend the $20 gear loft Mtn Hardware makes.,,,,This tent comes with a footprint and an outstanding rainfly. ,,,,THE ONLY CON, is that it doesn't vent very well at all, I had to unzip the door a little at the top and the vestibule would get some condensation.,,,,This rainfly holds up to torrential downpours and keeps you toasty and dry.,,,,I am thoroughly impressed with this tent and highly recommend it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tent It says it is a three season tent, but the sides are steep enough for winter camping and prevents snow from collecting on top. Space for two people to sleep in this tent, but it isn't roomy enough for a dance party. I would only expect enough room for sleeping two. If you're flying solo, it is amazing. Plenty of room for your gear if you want to forgo the vestibule. ,,,,The vestibule is large enough for two multiday packs and two sets of boots to stay dry in any conditions. The tent never leaks and has held up very well in some really terrible weather. There are a few pockets on the sides of the tent, which is nice for small stuff. The best part are the overhead gear storage spaces. It can hold all of my winter clothes and my partner's clothes with ease, allowing us to enter fully clothed and strip down for sleeping without having to open the door and let bugs in. ,,,,The door/vestibule is a pain in the ass to get in and out of. The ventilation is poor.Definitely need the footprint.
