MOUNTAIN HARDWEAR PACK FIT GUIDE and INFO

• Determine the correct pack size by measuring from the top of your hip shelf to the C7 vertebrae, which is the protruding bump at the base of the neck.

• If you think you are between pack sizes, consider how and when you will be using the pack. For example, if you will be using the pack primarily in the winter, when more and bulkier clothing is required, you may opt to size up.

• You can find Torso Range and other size information in the description FEATURES or SPECIFICATIONS for each Mountain Hardwear pack. You can also refer to the size guide below to compare the current season packs by category.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from bought one for me and one for my wife I got into this in the living room, wearing cargo pants and a long sleeve national whitewater compression base layer, and quickly get hot inside (68* F in the living room). I'm expecting good things from this during spring, fall, and into the mild NC winters, but during the summer, I may have to sleep with it wide open! The bags weigh just over 1 1/2 lbs, which is great for backpacking, and they pack down to smaller than a football, also great for backpacking. They each came in a large mesh gear bag, which they fit inside of very loosely. I leave them stored in those bags so they will retain their loft, saving the tight compression harness for when we actually are backpacking.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from could b worse right off the getgo zipper got stuck n the wind flap....and again....and again. Grrrr. This happened every trip. Enough is enough already!!! Finally sewed the flap back all along the zipper length. Sweet relief. It is so nice to be able to get out of a sleeping bag! Every now and then the baffled channel designed to block the wind gets entangled.....,,,,As for warmth. It does the job, but I did note cold spots when my old bod pressed hard against the side of it.,,,,Positives. love the color. fit is good. light weight. name brand.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good This is a pretty good, light weight sleeping bag for the summer months. I am 6 foot and I can fit in the bag with little to no extra room, so get the long version if you are taller. My only issue is the zipper will get hung up sometimes but since its a summer bag, no big deal. So far the insulation has stayed even. Compresses to a nice small size so I take a smaller backpack. Overall -pretty good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bag! This is a great lightweight bag. We rarely find ourselves camping at temperatures below 45 to 50 degrees at night so I settled in on this bag. I have not used it yet outside of the house but it is very comfortable and I'm very excited to use it when the weather breaks in a couple months.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect for the warmer months So I'm a hot sleeper... I'm talking about body tempreture...,,,,Found this sleeping bag to maintain perfect tempreture, even slightly below the 7c mark. Roomy shoulders (I'm around 5'10/75kg and i picked up the regular), packs down to nothing. Comes with storage/wash bag.,,,,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best bang for buck Lightweight, packs easy, can stretch the 45 degree rating to near freezing and beyond coupled with my thermarest prolite 4. Used on a three day hike in hoh river rainforest, kept me dry and snug.
