This bag is great. Not any cold spots. And I am 6foot 3 and it is the only comfortable sleeping bag I have ever found. The price is great considering its a 0 degree bag. Two thumbs up!
First impression—MH again thought of just about everything-heavier weight nylon “guard” that protects the zipper from snagging. The chest level stow pocket is a great idea and will get good use. On the Negative side of things this bag overall came in a bit light (MH says 4.00LBS 1.82Kg) mine is 3.78Lbs(1.78Kg) not sure if this is a factor in warmth yet—I’ll get back to you--- MH also claims that the bag lofts to 6 inches--- again(I must have a European inch measurer) I only got 4—4.25 inches of loft also get back to you on the warmth factor Would I suggest ---absolutely --- Mountain Hardwear
"This is a great product for anyone who needs a warm sleeping bag that is extra roomy."

Most mummy type sleeping bags will give you warmth, but feels crammed when you zip all the way up. On the other hand if you use a rectangular type sleeping bag to get that extra space, you will have to compromise on staying warm on a cold night. The Extralamina sleeping bags gives you the best of both worlds. This sleeping bag is warm and also feels very roomy.I would recommend the Extralamina sleeping bag to anyone who wants a warm sleeping bag, but does not like a crammed mummy type sleeping bag.
