While the history of Yoga is imbedded deeply in ancient Hindu and Indian culture, yoga pants were discovered very recently. According to The Yogic Meditation and Fields of Energy Center for Yoga Pants and Red Sandals in London, Ontario, no one did any yoga in pants in 2004. In fact, if you were wearing pants you weren’t even really doing yoga. Apparently, that all changed when Sue Dali jumped off a chair lift in Telluride in February, 2004. Witnesses say that Sue jumped from about thirty feet off the ground, yelled 'I want my green pillow' and hit the snow unharmed. In a bizarre twist that no scientist can explain, at that very moment, every person in the world who was doing yoga lost their undies, had red marker on their calf and discovered yoga pants in their gym bag. In this same spirit of consistent breathing we are proud to bring you the Monique Junots.

"First pair of perfect yoga pants in years..."

I just got these pants from the newly opened Boulder locale, and I am in love. Not only are they comfortable in every imaginable way, but they are slenderizing and flattering in the saddlebag and buttocks area (a rare find at over 40, even if you are on the thinner side). I'm talking no wedgies, cameltoes, clumping, sagging, tugging, binding...sheer perfection. I just wore them on a 4-hour hike, and they performed like magic. I cannot wait to buy more!
I'm 5'9", 140 lbs and I'm happy that these pants are the perfect length! They are so comfortable and stretchy, I basically intend to live in them. The legs flare out, which looks good. I got the Chakra Blue - it's a pretty navy color.

Like these pants a lot, they are super cute but my mom keeps trying to steal them...I am 6' tall and they are too short to wear with trainers, so sometimes I roll them up to bop around. If you are of the shorter stature, I would TOTALLY recommend these pants. Cheers!
"Super comfortable. If I could I would wear these everyday."

I recently got these pants in the mail and i already love them!!! super comfortable and I love the simple logo on the front. I got a large which is perfect, not to long either. I am 5'9 and these are the right length and won't get dirty when i go exploring! (unlike another pair of yoga pants I own) All in all these are great pants especially for the price! :)
I ordered these in black, hoping I'd like them as much as the Crnic Yoga pants I'd recently purchased. Verdict? Love them more! They are lightweight, but still cozy, and the foldover waist is hella flattering, IMHO. As someone who works from home, it's tough to take them off long enough to wash them. I just ordered another pair on sale and am hoping they will add more colors at some point. I am 5'9", 140lbs, and I find that size L fits wonderfully. My boyfriend thinks so, too.
I am 5'3" and about 126 pounds. Very hourglass shaped, and I have a hard time finding yoga pants that I think fit well in the hip and thigh. I ordered the medium in these and love the way they fit. I will be purchasing another pair for sure.I was also afraid they would be too long, but they are just right!

I like the Moosejaw label on the front, it's different than all the other companies that put it in big bold letters across the back. The do run a little small compared with other yoga pants that I have (from Express & Loft). I am 5'2 and a size 6 and I got a size S. They are a little snug, but not too tight to wear. I'm sure they will stretch out with time, too. And you can't beat the price for a good pair of yoga pants!
I have several pairs of Moosejaw pants and each pair has it's "purpose". Well, I love everything about these pants. They're stylish, versitile and comfortable. Did I mention comfy? I find these great in that you can wear them out and out during the day yet when you want to unwind at night they're good for that too! These pants fulfill the "comfy role".

These pants are great. Just FYI, they're cotton and they're tight, but in all the right places. I love the flare legs...very nice. The label says "American Apparel" on the inside, so if you're looking for sizing info, check their site. The one thing I'm not crazy about is the huge Moosejaw logo on front. I want to support the company, but it's in an odd place (and it's big). The pants have a good wide waistband and though I won't use them for running, I'll wear them for yoga or going out the the store. They're cute and fit well in the bum...very flattering. I already ordered another pair. I'm 5'7 and 120 pounds and the small fit great!
"Buy for Pregnant Wife = Instant Bonus Points"

Really simple... Pregnant wife needs lots of stretch and maximum mobility. Also wants to be comfortable and look good around the house or out on errands. Que the Moosejaw Monique Junot Pant. Wife is 5' 7" and 3 months pregnant. I got a Large because every review said they run small and insisted you buy next size up (she is usually a Medium). Fit perfect (at least for now). Oh... I definitely recommend Black if you are only going to buy one pair and can't decide.
