I just got back from lunch and it could not have been worse. The entire thing was a disaster and I don’t plan on getting any work done for the rest of the day. Here’s a list of my lunch break/the apocalypse:

I forgot a fork and had to use a public fork
I was the only person in the kitchen who wasn’t pregnant
I burned my hand on leftover rice
I smiled at a cute and she didn’t smile back
My pear wasn’t even ripe
I couldn’t afford to get a tattoo of a seagull carrying a slice of bread

"I LOVE THIS BAG!" 11/23/11

This bag represents everything I love and adore about Moosejaw. I got it 'fo free as part of the mystery gift promotion last year, and it is one of the best gift's I have ever gotten, free or otherwise. I have drug this thing from Colorado to Montana to Singapore to Vietnam to Cambodia to California back to Singapore. It is my go to purse/bag. You can fit loads of stuff in it, yet it never looks too bulky, it's sleek and unassuming (good for when your traveling and don't want to get mugged) and the straps add security when you need it. Bottom line, I love this bag.

"I love this bag!" 03/27/11

I got this as part of my "mystery gift". It is darker than in the picture...kind of a khaki-green. I had trouble with the buckles on the front, so I either buckle one of the buckles or I just leave the flap open, no big deal there. The biggest problem I had was that the strap kept coming off, SO to fix that problem I just adjusted the strap and folded the metal ends back through the buckle (like I do my camera strap)...and problem solved, again. I use this bag everyday and it is tough! No pockets on the inside, but that doesn't bother me. I also like this bag b/c if it gets dirty you can just wash it. I love my bag, it was my favorite part of the mystery gift!

"Its still a bag" 03/05/11

This is a very mediocre bag. It's just one large compartment and the seems are a little rough on the inside. This would be alright except for the terrible clasp system the bag uses; I find it too much hassle to close the bag so I just leave it open. However, its nice as a beach bag because its durable and decently sized. And hey, being free doesn't hurt either.

"Perfect for quick trips" 02/23/11

This bag has been a great addition to my bag arsenal. It has served me for work when I don't have a ton of stuff I need to take, but still need my hands free to keep warm from the winter bite. It holds my laptop perfectly, or my work shoes when there is snow on the ground and I don't want to tromp around in my boots all day at work. Great bag and durable too.

"It's a bag-- it holds stuff-- therefore it is useful" 01/30/11

I got this in my mystery gift and wasn't really thrilled at first.The buckles on the front are not very convenient, but that means no one is gonna bother to try and open it but you!It isn't something I would pick out for myself, but sometimes those are the things that end up being the most functional. It is the perfect size for holding my extra school supplies and I like the over the shoulder strap. So overall, this bag has really grown on me and I now use it just about every day.

"more decorative than functional" 01/12/11

Received this free in mystery gift; I would not have purchased it. My key problem with the bag is the obnoxious buckles (no way for a quick open or close). I also don't think the bag is particularly sturdy for books. It would be most appropriate for errands and lightweight gear.

"Just okay" 01/06/11

Love Moosejaw stuff, but--like other reviewers--this bag is just only alright. Its not horrible, but its not great. Not something I'll use all too much. Think I'll put a few discs in it and use it for quick rounds of disc golf.

"The Perfect Hipster Accessory" 01/05/11

Wtf? Lotta haters on this product. I also got this for free as part of my mystery gift and I love it. I've been looking for a messenger bag that wasn't huge but could fit my MacBook. Also, it makes me look totally hip in the mountain town I live in. Maybe the people who hate it are just mad it's not a briefcase. It probably just clashes with their loafers.

"Ehhhhh." 12/29/10

Came with the free mystery gift (I knewwww I shoulda ordered the men's versioN!!). Not my style but hey! Free! And it's not hideous! Very basic bag with no inside pockets and annoying clips that you must either always leave undone or struggle with each time you want to get into the bag. Maybe I'll use it someday...

I got this bag in the mystery gift. It was free. I just use it to stow gear in, i keep it in my Jeep that way if I have small items it keeps them together. I would not have bought this bag for myself. I always try to find the positive in every situation. Love the madness but like the bag. One other use for it a recycleable grocery bag
