"Great kid shoes." 		          02/09/08
Our daughter Anna loves her new climbing shoes. She thinks the flames are cool, and the velcro flap is easy for her to open and fasten herself. We bought a size or two bigger than would be 'correct'. But this is good because children Anna is 5 will perceive the shoes as snug, even if there is plenty of space at the toes. She will grow in to them, and for now she is excited about using smaller holds than she can use when she climbs in her socks. The shoes are soft, which is great for kids because it helps them feel the holds. So far, we are bouldering indoors on our home wall. But these will work well on boulders and routes too. I would use them if they came in my size.

"I would highly recommend these shoes!" 		          01/22/08
I bought these shoes for my daughter for Christmas. She has used them about 10 times in the past month and loves them! The shoes are very durable, as they are made of leather, and they are great for kids because they are easy on/off. My daughter also thinks its great that her feet turn red from the leather and sweat mixture -- what kid wouldn't??

"A great climbing shoe any young climber would enjoy!" 		          10/17/07
A hot-looking climbing shoe for a 10-year old boy. As with most climb-specific footwear, they take several wearings to break in. But these were pretty comfy the first trip to the climbing wall! We ordered a size large to allow for growth. They may run a tiny bit small.

These shoes are great! My son 6 almost 7 loves them and amazingly, doesn't complain about them being uncomfortable. Nice and sticky, he was able to shimmy up that wall like a monkey. Or squirrel. Or something. They are easy for him to put on/off by himself, are holding up well so far.

Great shoe for a beginner! Bought these for my sister her first pair. She didn't desire to spend very much, and she didn't. But the construction surprises me they're solid, and seem to be sown and glued together very well!
