"There's not a better rope out there at this size and price." 10/08/12

This rope is a little on the soft side. A mistake in thinking that it holds lots of UIAA falls so it must be more durable is false. The reason it holds so many falls is because it is soft and a little more stretchy than most ropes of this size. This is what I like about it. However, if you're climbing multipitch on rough slab and doing multiple rappels to get down, the sheath on this rope will reflect that. The handling and weight are fantastic. The sheath could be more durable, but if you like really soft catches, this is the rope for you. You can't have a super durable sheath and a really low impact force at the same time- for this amount of money. This is a good rope. Get one.
