Great Product Terrible ValueYes they are amazing for training and campusing but there not worth $30. You could simple go to your local hardware store and buy pine 2x4s(or smaller) have the store cut it then just buy some screws, there no really reason for this unless you have no way to drill a hole in the 2x4s. However they are a great product for training because it doesn't kill your fingers. Always make sure to use the correct open palm grip so you don't hurt yourself.

Hard core!This rungs are a great workout! After 3 weeks of using these over and over again my climbing ability has jumped up like crazy! If you use them correctly and not so often that you get hurt then they will help improve the power in your hand holds.
