These shoes fit true to size. If you have wide feet you might want to try these on first. I prefer to wear socks with them as I find the sole a bit warm after a few minutes of running and the edges can be scratchy. I'd say they are a bit more cushioned though not more flexible than my VFF KSO, but still allow the feel of everything beneath you through the shoe. They are a bit too thin for any kind of really rocky terrain (for those circumstances you might want to try the Merrell Lithe Glove) Things I love about this shoe include the fact you can WASH THEM IN THE WASHING MACHINE and that they are lightweight and breathable so I can throw them in my hiking pack or put them on kayaking.

I got these shoes last week because I've never run in barefoot shoes and also wanted some new cross training shoes for the gym. I just did my second workout in these shoes (1 mile run followed by an hour of circuit training). I wore a thin liner sock because I was worried they may rub, but I easily could have gone without, because these are basically just another layer of foot. I normally wear a 6.5 in running shoes and in my Merrell hiking shoes, so I went with 6.5 (US) and they are a perfect fit. My lower calves are hurting in an oh-so-good way, and I'm loving the traction these provided on the gym floor.

I purchased the Merrell's Pace Glove in black to use as my first barefoot running shoe. They're amazing! Contour nicely to feet, offer enough support for long runs, and are amazing trail runners. The only problem I have with them is that they aren't great for the winter--they're a bit too thin. Otherwise, amazing!
I have not had these long, but so far they are comfortable. I bought these unseen or tried on but they size well, I bought at my normal size. I don't wear socks with them though, I'd go up a half size if you use them with socks.
While I prefer Vibram toe shoes (specifically KSO), I can't wear those at my university's reck center (for incredibly stupid reasons). These shoes wear more like "normal" shoes, but have most of the qualities of Vibrams that I love. These are extremely comfortable and really the only drawback I can think of is you don't get that great of a "ground feel".Major bonus: these shoes have a soft, stretchy heel band, making these shoes the only shoes that don't make my heels bleed. (My heels are now permanently scarred from other shoes.) I would suggest these to people who don't like toe shoes as well as anyone who's looking for a better running experience.
These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! They take some getting used to at first but once you try them, you will never want to take them off. I like to use them for cross training. Enjoy them!
I love these shoes for running, walking, working out or just a plain everyday shoe. I forget I have them on they are so light and almost like a pair of socks. If you plan on running in them take it slow!!!! I thought I took it slow enough with only running a mile the first time and boy did my muscles get a work out! I have given up wearing my other running shoes and only wear these now. Looking forward to getting another few pairs!

These shoes are so comfortable. I was a little skeptical at first but once I wore them I fell in love. I decided to get a second pair to have a different color.
The color is a little more blue than in the picture which is actually a good thing. They're also a lot sturdier in person than they look in the picture but still pretty flexible. Very comfortable shoes and I love that the back of them is soft so you don't get the new shoe heel blisters. All in all a great shoe and I cannot wait to use them in the streets of Cuzco next month!
I spend all day on my feet as a PE teacher and was looking for another kind of shoe that would provide me with the comfort all day long. I was a little unsure of these at first but after wearing them for the first week I was impressed. At the end of the day my feet or my back didn't bother me at all. They are great to hike in or spend all day on your feet.
Awesome shoes for running and exploring! I use them for both. They are very stylish and comfortable! I wear them all the time and they are still in great condition!
