Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best non-Vibram running shoe While I prefer Vibram toe shoes (specifically KSO), I can't wear those at my university's reck center (for incredibly stupid reasons). These shoes wear more like "normal" shoes, but have most of the qualities of Vibrams that I love. These are extremely comfortable and really the only drawback I can think of is you don't get that great of a "ground feel".,,,,Major bonus: these shoes have a soft, stretchy heel band, making these shoes the only shoes that don't make my heels bleed. (My heels are now permanently scarred from other shoes.) ,,,,I would suggest these to people who don't like toe shoes as well as anyone who's looking for a better running experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These shoes gave me a calf workout like no other shoes have before I got these shoes last week because I've never run in barefoot shoes and also wanted some new cross training shoes for the gym. I just did my second workout in these shoes (1 mile run followed by an hour of circuit training). I wore a thin liner sock because I was worried they may rub, but I easily could have gone without, because these are basically just another layer of foot. I normally wear a 6.5 in running shoes and in my Merrell hiking shoes, so I went with 6.5 (US) and they are a perfect fit. My lower calves are hurting in an oh-so-good way, and I'm loving the traction these provided on the gym floor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Walking on gravel becomes an orgasmic experience.... These shoes fit true to size. If you have wide feet you might want to try these on first. I prefer to wear socks with them as I find the sole a bit warm after a few minutes of running and the edges can be scratchy. I'd say they are a bit more cushioned though not more flexible than my VFF KSO, but still allow the feel of everything beneath you through the shoe. They are a bit too thin for any kind of really rocky terrain (for those circumstances you might want to try the Merrell Lithe Glove) Things I love about this shoe include the fact you can WASH THEM IN THE WASHING MACHINE and that they are lightweight and breathable so I can throw them in my hiking pack or put them on kayaking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! I love these shoes for running, walking, working out or just a plain everyday shoe. I forget I have them on they are so light and almost like a pair of socks. If you plan on running in them take it slow!!!! I thought I took it slow enough with only running a mile the first time and boy did my muscles get a work out! I have given up wearing my other running shoes and only wear these now. Looking forward to getting another few pairs!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love, love, love this shoe! I love going barefoot, but it's not always the best thing to do in public places, so I bought these shoes so that I could go "barefoot" ;) They are SO comfortable! They are not only my walking shoes, but they are my everyday shoe (when I'm not at work or really barefoot). I've gotten tons of compliments on them, too. You can wear them with or without socks. Highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love these shoes! The color is a little more blue than in the picture which is actually a good thing. They're also a lot sturdier in person than they look in the picture but still pretty flexible. Very comfortable shoes and I love that the back of them is soft so you don't get the new shoe heel blisters. All in all a great shoe and I cannot wait to use them in the streets of Cuzco next month!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from awesome shoes I spend all day on my feet as a PE teacher and was looking for another kind of shoe that would provide me with the comfort all day long. I was a little unsure of these at first but after wearing them for the first week I was impressed. At the end of the day my feet or my back didn't bother me at all. They are great to hike in or spend all day on your feet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thinking About Going Barefoot? Try These. I purchased the Merrell's Pace Glove in black to use as my first barefoot running shoe. They're amazing! Contour nicely to feet, offer enough support for long runs, and are amazing trail runners. The only problem I have with them is that they aren't great for the winter--they're a bit too thin. Otherwise, amazing!
