"My wife's favorite" 05/08/12
I only wish they had these for guys. My wife loves these shoes. They've kept her feet warm on very cold days. She can just slip in and out of them while chasing our daughter. They've held up very well.

Your legs won't tire with these shoes, so they're great if you are on your feet all day.The comfort level is a ten. I've worn this shoe for years and plan on getting a new pairsoon. They are so comfortable that even with the fleece lining, I wear them all year round!They are great for walking the dogs in too. I get compliments on how good they look!This is my shoe of choice, hands down.

This is my 3rd pair of fluffy lined Merrell's. I love them so much, they are like wearing my favorite slippers. I am used to being barefoot in the summer but I find myself wearing these in the house and forgetting I have them on. I will buy another pair when these are wornout. My daughter took the worn out pair for herself.
"Good shoes not waterproof though." 07/10/11
These "ice" shoes are good but not great.The leather is water resistant, but if you go in a lot of water or snow these eventually get damp.Also after a lot of walking thru snow the tip of these shoes started to come off.My shoemaker did use some magical glue to fix that though.Also I did find these heavy for this kind of style of shoe.One good thing is the sold is sticky in most situations, but if you walk indoors with these they will make squeeking noises until they are dry on the bottom.

Far exceeded my expectations! I am most of the time a size nine-however in this shoe had to get a 9.5. Really really kept my feet toasty all winer long. They also look cute with jeans. I was afraid that as I walked my foor would "slip" and so called land on the outer strip/sole but that was never a problem. When these wear out I will be repurchasing.

I am an older person but very active. I play competitive raquettball which has wrecked havoc on my feet and knees. I wear these shoes from November 1 to April 1 every year. They help my feet and my toes are toasty all winter long.

Love this shoe. As a busy Mom of 4, I love that I can slip it on and it keeps my feet toasty warm. No laces or zippers to deal with - always a bonus! The leather holds up well, too, in the rain and snow.
