Excellent shoe for forefoot strikersI switched a few years ago from heel-striking to forefoot striking, and after trying several different barefoot style shoes, I came across this beauty. It feels well for the size and has held together very well. The sole especially seems to be high quality. Would recommend over any five-finger shoe for running.

Awesome Barefoot Style Running ShoesBeing flat footed, I was always trying to find a traditional running shoe to fix my problems. None worked. Transitioning (slowly/safely) to a forefoot strike with these minimalist shoes solved all of my problems. These shoes feel like they are part of my feet and I love wearing them. I bought another pair right away I was so happy with them. 6 months of wearing them nonstop and I have felt no shin splint, plantar, or joint problems. They have also made my legs/feet/ankles considerably stronger now that a traditional running shoes aren't trying to do the work my legs were meant to do. I used to roll my ankles when playing sports even with ankle support. Now I can cut, jump, and run over uneven surfaces without fear of twisting an ankle.,,,,They do take getting used to and should not be chosen if one is not willing to commit to a forefoot strike style of running. Also, you can feel every rock, twig, and debris you run over. Good for feel, bad for sharp things.consider trail glove
