Superior Performance for an affordable bag!Purchased the Women's Trestles 15 to replace a unisex synthetic bag from another manufacturer (who will be unnamed). My favorite sleeping bag so far!
-Packs down into the provided stuff sack to fit nicely into the bottom of my 50L backpack
-Fairly lightweight for it's temperature rating
-GREAT for shorter women - I am only 5'1" and I don't feel like I'm swimming in it
-Stash pocket on inside of the bag adds a nice spot to store electronics or small items (contacts, etc.)
-Durable and quality construction - nothing on this bag feels cheap
Overall an awesome bag that I'm sure I'll have for many years to come!

Large Marge from
Comfy and WarmI bought this bag because I'm a "cold sleeper," and it definitely did the trick. Even when it was chilly outside I was snuggly in my bag. It got REALLY hot though some nights, so I would recommend bringing a sheet along if you expect this might happen to you. The bag is really comfortable and soft, which my feet appreciated. It's true, the zipper does snag, but it's an easy fix if you're patient. I didn't have much of an issue with it. The pack doesn't get as small as a down bag, but I was surprised how small I was able to get it. Fit nice in my 65 liter's compartment, and I still had room to stuff a pillow/book in there.

Comfortable and kept me toasty warmI bought the Trestles bag from REI for trekking in the Cordillera Blanca of Peru, in July. We spent several nights above 14,000 feet, awakening to ice on the tents.I used a silk bag liner and slept in old polypro long underwear. The tent was cold, but I was warm, which is why I got this bag. The hood was a real help with warmth and very convenient to keep my inflatable pillow in place. The included compression stuff sack was great as the bag is pretty puffy and would take up too much space for transport without it. The small gear pocket inside was surprisingly useful.

Love it!I bought this sleeping bag right before Memorial Day weekend. Moosejaw price matched REI's sale price when they started their annual anniversary sale 2 days after I ordered online from Moosejaw. I took the sleeping bag car camping in Alaska over Memorial Day weekend and was very warm & cozy in the bag! I'm 5'8" & had been debating between the Women's regular size and the Women's long. I ended up getting the regular size & it was perfect. I was able to comfortably sleep, without my legs being crammed, with the hood pulled up. The sleeping bag is a very pretty blue color & squishes up quite nicely in it's pack. I couldn't be happier with this sleeping bag!! And I'm super excited that I got it for such a great price!

perfect for short womenThis is the best sleeping bag I have ever purchased. It's warm, soft, and overall extremely comfortable. It's perfect for my size. I am 5 foot 1 and have had issues with sleeping bags before being way too long. The only complaint I have about it is that the zipper gets stuck a lot. Other than that thumbs up! Oh yeah- packs up nicely. Barely takes up room and very lightweight. I will use this on all my backpacking trips in the future.

Mmm - so niceSo mind you this is my first 'real' sleeping bag...I finally graduated from my 5th grade princess polyester bag. Ok, while that might not be true, this is my first light weight performance bag and so far so good. I can't believe I didn't do this sooner. Thanks Moosejaw for helping me get here, I couldn't have done it without you. So if you're like me on a tight budget and in need of something warm and awesome, look no further.

Great fit & service!I am very pleased with my women's Marmot Trestles 15 regular sleeping bag. Although not used yet for our upcoming Alaska hike, the trial fit is perfect for my 5' 6" frame. It compacts nicely into the included compression sack & packs snugly into my backpack.
Many thanks to Marmot customer relations who bent over backwards to help me exchange a incorrectly ordered Christmas gift men's Trestle 15 with just a Purchase Order for the correct size & gender sleeping bag.
I look forward to many years of use and by the way it looks great in our Marmot tent!

worth every penny! My wife is always cold. So I have to admit that the first night we camped and she used this bag I was able to get a good night sleep. Without my wife waking me up to tell me she is cold i could finally enjoy a night out in the woods! The temps dropped down into the upper thirties and she said that her only complaint was that she had to take her socks off because she was a little too warm. Great bag!
