Great fit & service!I am very pleased with my women's Marmot Trestles 15 regular sleeping bag. Although not used yet for our upcoming Alaska hike, the trial fit is perfect for my 5' 6" frame. It compacts nicely into the included compression sack & packs snugly into my backpack.
Many thanks to Marmot customer relations who bent over backwards to help me exchange a incorrectly ordered Christmas gift men's Trestle 15 with just a Purchase Order for the correct size & gender sleeping bag.
I look forward to many years of use and by the way it looks great in our Marmot tent!

Large Marge from
Comfy and WarmI bought this bag because I'm a "cold sleeper," and it definitely did the trick. Even when it was chilly outside I was snuggly in my bag. It got REALLY hot though some nights, so I would recommend bringing a sheet along if you expect this might happen to you. The bag is really comfortable and soft, which my feet appreciated. It's true, the zipper does snag, but it's an easy fix if you're patient. I didn't have much of an issue with it. The pack doesn't get as small as a down bag, but I was surprised how small I was able to get it. Fit nice in my 65 liter's compartment, and I still had room to stuff a pillow/book in there.

Eh. Did not meet my Expectations.I have used this bag on backpacking trips and just over-nighters in the mountains. It fits me perfectly, length and width. This bag is a bit bulky for backpacking but it will fit in my sleeping bag compartment, there is just no extra room. The biggest problem I've had is not keeping warm enough. Now, I am a cold sleeper. But even bundled up, I was cold most nights; even in the summer months. I still enjoy my bag but if you are a cold sleeper like me, I would recommend a warmer Marmot bag.

Good values. For the price of this bag, it's pretty good. I've always been a cold sleeper and have only been cold in this bag a few times, mostly during the late fall or early spring. I got it partly to zip together with my boyfriend's Trestles which is a great way to use it. However, the zipper on the women's bag is shorter than the men's, which is a pain when you're trying to get them apart to re-pack them. That's my only complaint; I'd recommend this bag.

perfect for short womenThis is the best sleeping bag I have ever purchased. It's warm, soft, and overall extremely comfortable. It's perfect for my size. I am 5 foot 1 and have had issues with sleeping bags before being way too long. The only complaint I have about it is that the zipper gets stuck a lot. Other than that thumbs up! Oh yeah- packs up nicely. Barely takes up room and very lightweight. I will use this on all my backpacking trips in the future.

Mmm - so niceSo mind you this is my first 'real' sleeping bag...I finally graduated from my 5th grade princess polyester bag. Ok, while that might not be true, this is my first light weight performance bag and so far so good. I can't believe I didn't do this sooner. Thanks Moosejaw for helping me get here, I couldn't have done it without you. So if you're like me on a tight budget and in need of something warm and awesome, look no further.

worth every penny! My wife is always cold. So I have to admit that the first night we camped and she used this bag I was able to get a good night sleep. Without my wife waking me up to tell me she is cold i could finally enjoy a night out in the woods! The temps dropped down into the upper thirties and she said that her only complaint was that she had to take her socks off because she was a little too warm. Great bag!

Meh... I've upgraded.I suppose it's a good bag for the price, but I have upgraded to the Kelty Woman's SB 20 DriDown Sleeping Bag. I am 5'8" and 140lbs with an athletic build so I got size Regular; which...has about a foot extra in the bottom which seems like a waste that adds weight to the bag. Which brings me to the next downside....this bag, even when synched down is heavy and huge! It takes the entire bottom part to my Osprey 45L pack. On the plus side, I have slept in a hammock in this with a semi tarp (only over my torso and head) when it was raining and my feet didn't get wet. The outside of the sleeping bag was wet; however, it didn't reach my feet which was nice. Overall, this is a great car camping sleeping bag that will keep you warm and will zip to the men's version (which is REALLY nice and optimizing cuddling when cold), but is too heavy. I suggest if your budget allows for a nicer sleeping bag = get a different sleeping bag.
