"Great look but absolutely no real skiing jacket"
First thing to say - and reason why I keep it: looks and especially fits great (am slim and usually sports jackets are too loose)Only pros for the skiingjacketlabel: It has zip-off powder skirt and its for my needs good cause of being a bit warmer than former jackets I had. and the hoods works well and keeps with or without helmet in place.BUT big CONS:- doesn´t have this little arm pocket for lift cards (or does name "free skier" relate to skiing in areas which skiing and lifting is "for free"?) very large disadvantage and nerving.- arms are at the wrists (and mine are really small) too tight to fit gloves in and lack something to put hands through and thumbs out to keep arms in place so: snow and cold get in.- collar is not cosy (no fleece or anything). So: must keep it because of being nice, but might need a second jacket for skiing. Bit disappointing
"Great look, but absolutely no real skiingjacket"
First thing to say - and reason why I absolutely want to keep it: looks great, great color and best: fits very well (I´m being slim and tall - and sport jackets often fit too loose.BUT: It lacks some important features a skiing jacket ought to have - but pros for the skiingjacketlabel first:- it has a hood that very well fits helmet and keeps in place and fits without helmet too.- has the zip-off powder skirt- for my needs its good that its a bit warmer than the former jackets I hadbut cons:- it doesn´t have this little pocket at the arm, you need to put your lift card in! Thats very big disadvantage (or is "FreeSkier" name related to the fact that you use it where skiing and lifting is "for free"?)- the arms at the wrists (and my wrists are surely uncommonly slim) are too tight to fit gloves "in" and they dont have something inside to put your hands through and thumb out to keep the arms in place. So they slip up and cold and snow get in.- collar not cosy
